We dropped our Blazer off Thursday morning (literally before the sun came up). It’s now almost 1pm on Saturday and they haven’t even LOOKED at our vehicle yet. We are a two vehicle family (because we work on opposite sides of the city AND have a child in daycare) and absolutely needed this turned around in a timely manner. No loaner has been offered, only a pathetic discount on a rental. What’s the point in making an appointment, if the vehicle isn’t even looked at at that point. I travel for work and run our Midwest field operations. I had an unfortunate break down and would have been better off having my truck towed back to Nappanee Indiana to have a qualified team work on my truck. The service tech wouldn't respond at all on what was the problem with my truck. I had to drive four and a half hours to see them in person to finally get my quote and get the ball rolling.
