People that work there are rud. There was only 1 guy that would help us and that was Mr. Bob.
I had a wonderful ecperience at the shop today. It was not overly busy and all of the staff was so personable and friendly. The waiting area was clean, bright and pleasent. They even found a recall that i was not aware of and fixed it on the spot. Manager,Joe, was an amazing personality. Thank you all for taking such good care of me.
We were treated very nicely by Terry Dingus. He had found a handful of options to choose from based on our criteria. When we chose which one would work best, the purchase was very smooth!
