I went to Dr. Rose to have foot surgery. After my surgery I was still in a lot of pain for 2 years and I couldn’t put weight down on that foot. I was back to see him many times after that complaining of pain and unable to walk . He said the foot was still healing..so I went to the New England baptist hospital and found a doctor there. I had to have 2 more operations to repair what Dr Rose did to my foot. I just recently did a real number on my 5th metatarsal of my left, previously ‘healthy’ foot. Having endured a botched bunion surgery and 3 salvage surgeries on my right foot years ago (different doctor) I was horrified to have busted up my left. I have found Dr Rose to be very approachable. He listened with kindness to my concerns. He and his staff worked quickly to get me in for an evaluation and surgery-as this fracture would never have healed without. I’m very grateful for the excellent care!
I got referred from MGH urgent care. Within a day I got a call from Mark W. Rose and the lady ask me when do I want to schedule my appointment, I asked to the earliest available appointments. Since my mobility was restricted I wanted someone to see it asap. I was offered two dates 06/13/22 and I don't remember the next offered date. So I selected 06/13. Dr Rose is the best
I did not have a good experience with Dr.Rose. After the long wait and the multiple x-rays I had to undergo before I even saw him to tell him why I was there, his manner was abrupt and he conveyed a clear lack of interest in me as a patient. It was a long wait to see him but his time with me was extremely short and he was dismissive and impatient with the few questions I had.
