They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I've seen client favoritism at some of the other places I've been, and I really appreciate the extra effort they make to avoid that here. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. They never have that typical, annoying music playing here. The restrooms at this provider's office were clean and well-maintained. You could tell that they cleaned them regularly. The waiting area is rather small, but there is always a seat available. It would be nice if it was more spacious, but I've never had to stand. When comparing them to others I have visited for the same condition, they are among the best I have seen.
