Dr. Jacob and his team are excellent. I arrived nervous about a new dental insurance plan, and Dr. Jacob went above and beyond to help me understand my coverage. He even went the extra mile to call my insurer to resolve my anxiety. He is attentive, kind, funny, patient, and personable. I don’t live in Illinois anymore, but I will keep making the trip back here to continue seeing him as my dentist. Possibly the best expierence I’ve ever had at a dentist. From the start Dr Jacob welcomed me with a smile and a nice conversation! Later had the best hygienist who was so kind and fun to talk to! My teeth have never felt so clean and I left with a nice smile that carried me through the rest of my day! Don’t think I could go to another dentist ever again after this experience!
Procedures are done correctly, BUT, the doctor cares more about money than patients.

Great dentist! Dr Jacob is a very kind person who runs a welcoming atmosphere with great staff. He is fast and precise at what he does and has done an amazing job with my teeth. Highly recommend.
