I came in for a minor bonded retainer smoothing after my former orthodontist doubled their out-of-pocket fee for the same service. Dr. Mark Jacobs took care of it efficiently and even removed plaque around the retainer without charging extra. He saved me money, was kind and professional, and made a great first impression. If my job situation changes in the future I'd be happy to become a regular patient!
Dr Jacob and his team are absolutely phenomenal, they are very nice and flexible with payments and appointments. recently had a crown installed and it was a perfect match to my other teeth’s shading. me and my mother have been going to them for at least 10 years and they’ve always been very neat, clean, organized, even offer water in the waiting room. Without a doubt the best dentist in the state.
My daughter had a dental issue on a Saturday that needed to be solved quickly. (She was heading back to college!) I feel so lucky that I called Dr. Jacob and that he happened to be in his office. We were not current patients, but he saw us that morning anyway, and set us up with and oral Surgeon on Monday. So thankful for him. And such a lovely manner. Super personable and obviously really cares about his patients. 100/10. Highly recommend. Thank you Dr. Jacob for going above and beyond for us!
Dr Jacobs is a not a good oral surgeon. 3 years ago he did implants on me for a bridge. He spent over an hour trying to get an iv in me. I asked him to do my foot but no. Later, I got something in the area and without taking the time to numb me, he was in a hurry, he caused me the worst pain I felt trying to get it out. Now just after 3 years the back implant went bad. I had asked him if there was enough bone and he said yes. Clean, modern, beautifully decorated office. The staff were so friendly and accommodating. And about Dr. Jacob, well, he is perhaps one of the nicest, friendliest, and thorough dentists around! He was certainly born to be a dentist and it shows!
