The dentist responded to my 'poor review' by claiming that he has never seen me. I guess it is his 'deny, deny, deny' defense. I changed my last name due to marriage, but the office is just as bad at keeping track of their patients' records as they are at everything else. I wonder how many teeth they break if this one happened less than a year ago and they still did not connect the dots.
The hygienist broke my tooth, threw the piece in the trash and did not say a word to the dentist. When I complained, he tried to cover up for her even after I pointed out to the area, described the shape of the piece that the hygienist discarded, and told him how it happened. He lied about not seeing any damage but could not explain why I had a piece of my mouth in my hand. If you want an incompetent hygienist and a dentist lacking integrity, this is the place.
Always gentle. Fair prices.very little wait. Best dentist around. Great staff and hygienists.highly recommend
Great with Children – My 10 year old had to have several teeth pulled. Dr. Icard was wonderful. My son told me "It wasn"t bad at all." Thank you to Dr. and staff for making this a (believe it or not) pleasant experience.
I have attended dr. Icards for quite some time now and only have had good experience. If you have had bad experiences with dr. Icards staff you have gotten the wrong impression. The girls there are wonderful and have never been anything but kind to me and my family. Remember as with anywhere else sometimes things get busy and stressful.
Well organized, on time and painless – I broke a back tooth today and it HURT! I called Dr. Icard's office and the person who answered the phone was very kind and concerned. She got me an appointment the same day. When I arrived, I was greeted and given the usual paper work to fill out. They were right on time with my appointment, got me comfortable and fixed my cracked tooth. The office was very clean and modern with computers and digital x rays in the rooms. Terrible Office Staff – While Dr. Icard has always been wonderful, his office staff is rude. The last two times I have called for an appointment I was treated as if they were doing me a favor to book it and during my last office visit, which ran past 5pm, the lady who checked me out didn't even speak. She just stuck out her hand for my debit card. Because of these events I have changed dentist.
Disorganized Billing – If you change your address, you should choose a different dentist, because Dr. Icard's office will continue sending the bill to the old address. When they finally do get it right, they'll bill your old insurance company that you used to have five years ago even though your children have been there every six months for the last five years and they've billed the correct insurance company during that time.
