Disappointed with the front desk. I was having my first flare up with shingles and the lady who answered so I can schedule an appointment was uncaring and condescending. I would recommend you go elsewhere because this office does not care.
I never write reviews but recalling all of my own medical history and remembering how horrible this medical office was to me. I did not get Dr.Hinman but got the nurse practitioner, Bennet. This was in 2020. Ms. Bennet was training another nurse practitioner at the time and had this trainee help me with my issue. Very professional with my medical records
They charged $40 without telling me for a visit from me and my wife when it was supposed to be free through the insurance for our first 2 visits a year. After I called them to let them know the error they showed a lack of care about the issue and didn't want to give the money back. They have also gotten in the habit of forcing us to go back in for appointments for previously diagnosed issues.
