I had a EGD about 2 months ago. I met the doctor right before the procedure, they did not have me come in beforehand to talk about my issues, so I assume their are no office notes about my issues. I received 1 phone call from the office about my results after the procedure and they were going to order a new medication for me. I still have not heard from them (2 months) The pharmacy stated that the medication needs a prior auth. I have called the office on several occasions with no return calls. very poor follow up care!
