I bought a mark 7 choice wash new 2 Year’s ago and i have a ryko. Soft glow that is 10 Year’s old very reliable the mark 7 has been a nightmare service call after service call and they just can’t seem to get it right people lose money in all the time it quits in the middle of the wash the top brush belts both broke in the middle of a wash and brush came crashing down on the hood of a lexis doing about $4000.00 dollars damage to the car mark 7 had replaced the belts a month earlier had no idea why they broke I have been in t... read more

Purchased our first Mark VII machine last year and have been impressed with each step of the process from a quick installation to timely service. The combo option has given us a tremendous lift and allows us to cater to more customers with the touch free and friction option. We are putting in 2 more this year. Very pleased thus far.
Customer service is excellent. We researched all car wash manufacturers and found that Mark VII equipment was better than any other. We initially built our wash with Mark VII equipment and also replaced with Mark VII when it was time to. The sales department is also excellent - Keith Gronau is down to earth, honest and willing to work with you. I would highly recommend Mark VII.
Excellent customer service
We have received very good service from Mark VII since we switched to them for the servicing of our four car wash locations. They are very responsive and timely with our service requests.
I have been a Mark VII customer / user for 17 years now and they always come through for us. We used the equipment from the beginning and 3 automatics later and 2 self serve sides later I will still use them and recommend them. We are looking at expansion soon and will look to them again for supplying equipment.
