Horrible ,The previous owner very honest, resectful.Sold building over 3yrs .ago the present ownership not worth your time. Office staff incompetent always saying they haven't received rent payment, Maintenance guy and office Mgr. goes into your apartment when you're not home thieves, searching, rummage through property.Don't advise anyone to move there run the other way.
I drove an hour and a half to view an apartment only to find that the office was closed. I had confirmed at least twice with the leasing assistant that someone would be there to guide me through a tour. I reached out to someone else and they told me no tour was available at all since they said they would be “out of office” all day. Was I emailing a ghost??

I'm so please that my needs were taken care by the owner and leasing agent with my unit they really made a big difference since I moved in 5 months ago and they also have ( ZERO TOLERANCE ) for indecent behavior such as disturbing the peace by 1. arguing loudly outside with guest or 2. guest possessing firearms without licensing and 3. narcotics distribution , will remove tenants who fail too follow community rules which makes me feel safe .
