Dr. Mark Vexelman has the worst bedside manner I have ever encountered. He is incredibly arrogant and dismissive. His answer to every concern seems to be, "Go to the emergency room," without offering any real guidance or solutions. It's baffling how someone so unprofessional and unempathetic is still allowed to practice. Avoid him at all costs if you want a doctor who actually cares about you or your loved ones’s health.

Dr. Vexelman is a very good doctor. He's been my PCP for years. He is very kind, patient, comforting, and he listens. He even returns your phone calls when you have questions. And his staff is very friendly, supportive, and helpful.
