ice machine 7592 has been down for 7 months now and tech/service people laugh when we bring it up to them
Comers children's hospital 6th floor cancer wing . Pantry has one of your vending machines in ot full of mold... takes 18-21 days to visually see mold who fills it don't care to clean it you don't think we aren't sick enough to go grab a snack and get sicker not cool at all lost money bc who's gonna eat that got lots of photos emailed and texted called no response.
Got charged 5 dollars for a monster at my college cafeteria and fell down to my knees
Used my debit card from my phone for one Milky Way at Navy Pier, last night selection # 509 for what was to be $2.75 and it charged that plus $4.50 four times for a total of $20.75 !!! First call will be to my bank for fraud followed by an email to States Attorney’s office for the same.
Awful company for vending services I would stay far away from. Always takes our money and never works half the time. Stay far away if you’re thinking of using them for your service.
