I had a filling fall out and was in a panic to find a new dentist to fix it. I have had very bad dental experiences and this was by far the best experience ever. They were very kind! and told me my options ahead of time and what my out of pocket price would be before they began the work. They were clear and eased all of my concerns. I will never go anywhere else!
Super friendly staff. Quick to get you into the exam room and very pleasant to interact with. Knowledgeable staff all around and overall a treat to deal with. Love the early morning appointments for myself as well as the late afternoon/early evening appointments for my daughter. Highly recommend this office to any and all.
Really like the doctor but the customer service is by far the WORST I have ever experienced. I went in due to them sending me another bill, after paying two previous ones they sent and was told I had a Zero balance. Andrea, the office manager?, was rude and completely ignored me when I challenged they're billing practices. Wish I could talk to the doctor but I don't want to waste any more of my time. Hope to find a new office that can treat customers a little better.
Great dentist at an affordable price. The doctor was very kind and helpful with all of my questions and concerns. Would definitely recommend this place!
