My son has been coming to Dr Urbach for going on 3 years now I think and I love the family oriented staff both Dr Urbach sr and Jr! I won't be taking my son anywhere else until he turns 18! Lol
The best pediatric dentist in town! Knowledgeable, kind and patient staff and a very welcoming atmosphere. It hardly feels like a drs office.
We were in an emergency situation, it was 4pm Friday afternoon. We had a horrible experience at another dentists office, and didn't know where to turn. We called a family member and were referred to Dr. Urbach. Without knowing any of the previous experience, Dr. Allen proceeded to make us feel like we had been friends for years. He was even willing to sacrifice his Friday night to tend to our 3 year old's needs. This is by far a shining example of good people, genuine heart and a true spirit of excellence. Dr. Urbach and his staff are so kind. You can tell they all truly enjoy their jobs and take the time to get to know each patient. There's a train that goes around the office, and lots of fun things to look at to distract the little ones from their exam.
Always a fun visit! My daughter looks forward to her check ups for a full six months :)
