Very professional and complete.
I was supposed to get my flu shot information for work then couldn’t find the MA. I was told by other personnel that I could check the patient portal. I was sent something in the mail which was only the permission to get the shot but it had nothing about the vaccine itself. I had called the previous week after getting the flu shot and was told it hadn’t been charted correctly so it would be fixed. 9 days after getting the shot it still hasn’t been entered into the patient portal.
