This is the worst place you could possibly ever visit because they don’t really care about you as in the patient. I made an appointment and I visited for the first time, then the doctor gave me a blood work. Then they gave me a telehealth appointment to go over the bloodwork. I joined the appointment and waited for 15 minutes, no one showed up. In the meantime, I tried to call the office multiple times, no one answer. I have severe RA and my symptoms are often difficult to manage. Dr. Tratenberg has treated Mr for years and always finds solutions. He responds very quickly, follows up immediately and is always understanding. I would highly recommend him.

Dr. Trachtenberg is good. But had a scheduled appt and the ofc failed to let me know that the DR had to lv for an emergency. Frustrating after driving 50 minutes there and in the pouring rain.

Went to the doctor I found him very easy to talk to, but very relaxed. Did my blood work I went back. Talk to him didn’t say much said to call when I get the next bloodwork which I did three times and have yet to get an answer.He’s in three different offices and you can’t get a direct phone number to him and he doesn’t call you back so I’m on my own
