Went to the doctor I found him very easy to talk to, but very relaxed. Did my blood work I went back. Talk to him didn’t say much said to call when I get the next bloodwork which I did three times and have yet to get an answer.He’s in three different offices and you can’t get a direct phone number to him and he doesn’t call you back so I’m on my own
Dr. Tratenburg is a good doctor but the billing department is a nightmare. I took my mom to get an injection for osteoporosis. Previously, at my other doctor, I would get the medicine from the specialty pharmacy and it would be shipped to the doctors, And then they would administer the injection to my mom . During the consultation, The doctor said they would take care of everything and I wouldn’t have to worry about getting the medicine. When I got the bill, it was double what I normally pay. Update: Dr Tratenberg is still the best however, the woman who calls you back when you leave a message is less than helpful. I recently changed insurances and a search showed that they took my new insurance however, I wanted them to verify this since my 3 others doctors were supposedly in network according to my insurance website but when I called, they said they no longer accepted it. This woman at Dr. Tratenbergs office REFUSES to run my insurance to see if they accept it. All I have to do is give her the first 3 letters o... read more
I’ve seen Dr Tratenberg multiple times in two different offices. I think he is one of the best rheumatologist going. He takes his time with every patient. He investigates all the issues that you Tell him about and he orders the proper blood work for you and responds back to you as soon as he receives the results. You can also get a same day appointment with Dr Tratenberg if necessary he’s a very dedicated doctor to his patient .Kathryn his medical assistant is wonderful.
