Mark is great and really knows his business! Thinking I was paying too much for my real estate tax increase, I consulted with Mark. He checked into my town tax rate, my building assessed value, land assessed value etc. and made some calculations, which vary by municipality, and ultimately let me know that I was not being tax gouged as I thought. Wow! He is very knowledgeable in this field and I HIGHLY recommend him to evaluate your property for an appraisal or if you are considering a tax appeal.
