Mark was a pleasure to work with as a first time home buyer. He was thorough in his inspection, and thoughtful in his interaction. Since this was my first big purchase I had a lot of questions. He was patient and made sure that I had a clear understanding of the process from start to finish. He even called me the day after (on Saturday!) to follow-up, and answer any more questions that I might have.
