I wanted to provide a review for all potential renters thinking about living here, or applying/living in a Cornerstone Apartments managed building. While my experience has been limited to a single complex, most of the other pieces can apply to Cornerstone as an organization and their handling of tenant/building issues. YMMV as some parts are specific to one or the other. At first, I thought the response from the owner was a joke, but it’s not funny. You’re replying to posts that are 3 years old, but you didn’t ever get involved when I tried to escalate while I lived in Mark 3. You have a terrible rating because Cornerstone earned this rating. You deserve a zero. Cornerstone consistently allowed an out-of-control, frat-boy, property manager manchild named Zack LaRue to harass tenants and forge signatures. The building has mold.
