Mark went above and beyond for me! He initially helped me find my house in the middle of a super hot market and pandemic. Then when my job relocated me he helped me sell it and stepped in when I couldn’t be there with the movers due to a snow storm. He was kept me informed, listened to my needs and made the process seamless for my first time buying a home.
I accidentally called Mark Thomas on a commercial property because he had it list but didn't let us know that he couldn't sell it for his customers so we went ahead and used him as the buyers agent but it was a joke we all agreed on what price to ask for and then the seller wanted to sell us some equipment and furniture so we said no but we'll take the property without the equipment and after the seller didn't accept our offer mark was done so I texted the other agent and made a deal that the owners liked and mark didn't hel... read more
