This was the worst customer service I have ever experienced. They replaced my clutch and when it failed with only 12,704 miles on the new clutch, they first told me that the parts and labor would be covered. They then reniged and auto zone copied the part but I was left with a large labor bill and had to replace the flywheel that was damaged thanks to their incompetence.
Never ever will I bring my car back to Mark Thomas for any reason. Twice in a week they tried screwing me over. Took my car in to get a new wheel put on. told i needed a new tire sensor. asked around later to find out that was bs. They did a oil change i didn't ask for and charged me. This time had to go in because another faulty sensor that was supposed to be covered under warranty they tried charging me for saying it was my fault. I made my point and left not having to pay.
