The staff at Mark the Florist were amazing. I placed an online order for two plants to be delivered to a close friend as a condolence … the two plants were from another close friend and I and the second for a small group of other friends who wished to share their sympathy. The orders were fulfilled as ordered within hours. My friend who received the plants and cards sent photos to me. The plants received were exactly as ordered. Mark the Florist is a great and very professional florist in the Sydney area. I had a slight issue with one of the bouquets I ordered for my partner when she was sick earlier in the week and he had a replacement bunch sent out in less than 24 hours without any hassle at all. The flowers are also beautiful and very well arranged for a fair price. I would highly recommend Mark to anyone in need or floral arrangements in the area. Thanks for making my partner's difficult week a little bit happier :).

What fabulous customer service. I phoned Mark today to order flowers at the last minute and he was very gracious very professional and my flowers were delivered on time. I chose a bouquet put together by the store and it was beautiful. I have no hesitation in using Mark’s company again and highly recommended them to everyone. The standout for me was the customer service - in our world today, this seems to have fallen by the way side but not with Mark‘s florist!! Jenny
