I’ve only lived in my apartment for 60 days and live under the neighbors from hell. I’ve contacted the property manager every week due to noise complaints, just to talk to the upstairs tenants to keep all the noise down. Walls and floor is thin as paper and neighbors act like wild animals. They stated their hands are tied and call the police and make a complaint.
