Uncaring
My cataract surgery went very well. Caring staff. Everything was explained well. Procedure was painless. Very good experience with this Dr. Who was recommended by a friend.
Called last Tuesday with an urgent medical need - was told that the soonest I could get in would be a week later, and if he had any openings they would call. Saw another doctor that day who told me I would have gotten much worse had I not begun treatment that day. Received a call from Dr. Shapiro’s office today confirming my appointment (that I didn’t make) with a doctor I have never heard of. Also was told in the msg that this doctor couldn’t treat me and would have to refer me. WATCH OUT!!
Have been trying to make a appointment for 3 days. They have you on hold extremely to long. 15 minutes on hold us ridiculous. My time is valuable also
