Dr. O’Donnell was very nice and gentle while doing my procedure. He made sure i was comfortable as I don’t like needles. I’d recommend him to anyone. The staff was also very polite and the one lady held my hand as i got my injection. Can’t say enough nice things about this office.
The one star is specifically because they got me in quickly because the front desk staff ( who are lovely along with the lady who takes X-rays) thought it was an emergency. But the bedside manner and professionalism in this office is awful. Won't recommend, won't come back. I was told I should've known what I had and I shouldn't have come. Among other insults and demeaning comments. If your staff thought it was an emergency, don't put me down for coming in.
