TERRIBLE. WENT TWICE FOR AN APPOINTMENT BUT NOBODY WAS THERE. MUST HAVE ANOTHER OFFICE THAT IS NOT AY 4886 SOCASTEE BLVD. WOULD LIKE TO KHOW WHERE IT IS.
Not only do I not recommend them but the lack of professionalism is mind boggling to me. I went to JCPENNEY to have my daughters eyes checked for her annual check up. Not only did I wait an hour and a half past my original appointment to even be seen, I don’t feel a proper examination was even done. I have had eye exams my entire life due to my poor vision and this was the first time I had ever seen one done with just following a pen being the main point of the exam.
