Mark & Sylvies services for my 93 year Mum has been nothing short than first class, i must admit i was apprehensive at the very start of the process but once i met Rebecca (case manager) she went through all the details and quickly put my inner concerns to rest, i have worked with Rebecca during the early stages of Mums care with little tweaks here and there and Rebecca has been prompt in all of my requests. We moved to Bittern 2 years ago from Gippsland because of Sids health problems we then had to find a new home care program in the area, we decided on Mark & Sylvies, we could not have found a better program; getting us to medical Doctors, Hospital appointments, The staff that do the showers for Sid, cleaning, shopping, are very welcome in our home: I would recommend them to anyone who needs care.
