I've been working as a Care Manager with this company for almost a year and it's been a genuinely wonderful experience. The team is compassionate, supportive and professional and there's no micromanaging - you're trusted to do your job while being supported when needed. Mark & Sylvie’s provide care for my father in-law Bob. Wendy and Adrian are absolutely amazing, the care, support and love the provider Bob is second to none. We are at ease here in Sydney knowing Bob is so well taken care of on Bribie Island by Wendy and Adrian.
Our parents are cared for here in Brisbane by Wendy and her team and they put in a great deal of effort and care in ensuring they meet expectations. This is a tough industry, and effort and care for our loved ones is all we are after. After trialing couple of bigger organisations and getting sub-standard service, we settled for someone smaller with more personalised service, and results have been pleasing. Thank you.
