Dr Strom is a horrible practitioner. He ignores HIPPA laws and will blast your “before” images online whether you’re his patient or not

I was referred to Dr. Strom internally through my PCP at Mt Sinai. After our consultation, I was stuck with a $970 "new patient" bill for just the quick first time consultation. While Dr. Strom was pleasant, the office charging almost $1000 after being referred internally with no notice before hand is absolutely criminal. Definitely check beforehand if they will be charging you.
