I went in asking for a crown to fix a tooth that was chipped and had been repaired numerous times before. The doctor talked me into a large filling. The work he did was quite a few shades darker than the surrounding teeth, making the tooth stand out even more. Now, less than a year later, my new permanent dentist has said the tooth will need a crown because there is a cavity underneath the filling. Our family dentist for more than 7 years. Always helpful, reassuring, kind and efficient. Never trying to sell me anything. Sensible, non-reactionary and very caring. We love Dr. Strokowski and his entire staff.
I was looking for a dentist who is concerned that I have healthy teeth, nothing more. The dentist I tried before Dr. Strokowski pushed me to have lots of expensive procedures and was very focused on the cosmetic. I'm sure Dr. Strokowski would be helpful if I had cosmetic concerns, but all I care is that my teeth are healthy and he respects that and helps me keep them that way!
