Mark did an EXCEPTIONAL job - he worked with us throughout the process, was exceptionally available by email, phone, and text and worked tirelessly to get us the most competitive rate and coordinate with our builder, title, company, etc. He was reliable, informative, never pressured us and did just a high quality job.
