Dr Mark Ross was fantastic along with his nursing staff while tending to my treatment. Aside from their genuine consideration of patients, their bedside manner was wonderful. Thank you Cox for having great staff.
Dr.Ross is a terrible ER doctor. So unprofessional, apatethic at least he could pretend to give himself a credit. I was brought to ER of being fainted and wasn't responsive. He stated a reason for visit "Weakness". My EKG he said was just not printed right, nothing was wrong with it, it just didn't didn't read right way. My CO2 was low, he said oh you were just hyperventilating, my other marks were so off, he said nothing to worry about you are fime to go home. The most attentive ER Dr. I have ever had. Asked great questions to get to the root of my problem. I felt like he really cared about me.
Worst bedside manner of any Doctor I have ever seen in my life. Would not help me at all. Shouldn’t even be a Doctor could care less how you feel and I begged for him to help me. I’ve been having serious neurological issues and would not even do mri on neck and spine but told me I needed an MRI on neck and spine. Wouldn’t even refer me to to neurologist.
I had a great experience with Dr Ross. I was diagnosed and treated very quickly, and found his bedside manner quite comforting.
