I went in because my bracelet lost the link holding the clasp, I was returned a shorter bracelet, I don't appreciate that at all. I can't understand how anyone could think a customer will not see a difference. I am a neighbor of the area and I feel like you stole from me, albeit only a little. Horrible feeling now that I am wearing the bracelet again at home. Did some business with Mike earlier today. Had a small misunderstanding but something told me to take the $4000 chain I was presented with. I was later informed by more knowledgeable sources that I was given an excellent deal. I owe an apology and will definitely be going back for a pendant. I’m very happy with it and have already recommended him to other people. He has an extensive inventory of beautiful jewelry and is an honest jeweler. Definitely take your business here.
