The first agent was great but then he quit and 2 agents after that we still never received a cash offer much less a viewing Mark Spain is a whole lie
Very scammy. Wasted three weeks on my life. Realtor comes to your house talks it up like you’ll get all the money and then some… realtor reaches out to investors who then give low ball offers and Mark Spain’s realtor response is put the house on the market, of course listing it with them. Ultimately that’s what they want. You’re listing if you’re not desperate enough to bite at the investors’ offers. You’re better off scouting out a private investor.
Necie made my first time home selling experience smooth and efficient. I will definitely use her again. If you want someone to get you the money you need, call Mark Spain and ask for Anecia Hartmann!!
David was amazing through the whole process. My only issue and it is minor is the AI texts. Highly recommend David and his team.
