My experience with them hasn't been the best. Our house was listed in August. We've always had a lack of consistent communication with our agent. Last week our listing expired, but no one called to see if we wanted to relist it. We both texted our agent. Nothing. We actually received an offer for our house the week prior, and we countered. My friend had an appointment to view a house in Reidsville NC, and no one from the realtor showed up or even called to say they would not be there. When she called she got told the office manger was suppose to call and reschedule. Also found out by a family member of the owner of the house that it had been sold late last week. Never, and I mean NEVER, contact this group. Their sub company by the name of SB Homes are nothing but modern day criminals. They lie the whole process and refused to show the final breakdown of the sale until the day before close when it was too late to do anything. We would have walked away with $71 for our house if we’d gone through with it.
