Never, and I mean NEVER, contact this group. Their sub company by the name of SB Homes are nothing but modern day criminals. They lie the whole process and refused to show the final breakdown of the sale until the day before close when it was too late to do anything. We would have walked away with $71 for our house if we’d gone through with it.
Absolutely awful experience with this company and their lousy "cash offers". We started working with Jenn Lozzi who blew smoke up our ass for 3 weeks and was clearly not doing her job and not equipped to do real estate. She told us they worked with multiple investors and had some negotiation power with them. She quit (or got fired) right before our offer was supposed to come in and didn't even notify me. My Mark Spain realtor was personal, yet professional. Although I did not receive a cash offer (despite being guaranteed one by their print and tv ads), my home was sold in a reasonable amount of time, and for a good market price. A guaranteed cash offer was why I chose Spain to begin with. I needed a quick sell and didn't want to deal with showings, etc. All is well that ends well, however the absence of the "guaranteed" cash offer, is why I am only giving them four stars, instead of five.
