Patrick Massey was amazing. He got me more than asking from an all cash buyer in 21 days. He is knowledgeable, responsive, and frankly, I can count him as a friend after all this. His customer service is 2nd to none.
I called Mark Spain for a quote on a cash offer and decided not to go any further and have since blocked numbers and emails and now I’ve been getting calls yesterday at 5:41am and this morning at 3:18 am. Good thing I use do not disturb feature on my phone!! Please get the point and stop harassing me I have decided to do business elsewhere and no longer own the property!
