I had a very uncomfortable experience with a representative from Mark Spain Real Estate. He came to my home regarding a possible sale after I had decided I no longer wanted to move forward. While at my home, he continued trying to convince me to sell and attempted to take pictures inside my home. I told him multiple times that I wanted him to leave, and he did not immediately leave. huge waste of time... low ball offer actually it was a insult... run the other way!
First Mark Spain's commercials are not all true. I got low balled for two offers from Mr. Spain's company. They thought this Hispanc guy was going to fall for it. Then, the house gets posted online, many looked the advertisement and no takers. Then, l was asked to lower the price with only a month of advertisement. I caved in by the realtor and people showed up, looked and no offers. Now the realtor wants to lower the price...again, but the price he suggested which was way too cheap.
