I called Mark Spain to get an offer on a house being sold in Cumming, GA. The process isn’t what it seems as they use investors to make offers on your property. I scheduled an appointment with Mark Spain Real Estate specifically because of their advertised cash offer program and what I experienced was nothing short of misleading. They took an hour and a half of my time just to show up and push a traditional listing instead of delivering what was promised.
