They advertise cash offers all day long on the radio. I called them as our house is empty and ready for sale. All I got was an agent who came out and pitched me on listing it with them. We got no cash offers. This was a complete waste of our time and the agent's time and we received zero cash offers. All we got is ongoing SPAM emails from Mark Spain. DO NOT waste your time with these folks. They are obviously not what they pretend to be in their ads.

These people will rob you and lie to you. Accepted our offer of purchasing a home for long term rental which they were aware of this being our intent, MS failed to disclose that the property had rent restrictions from the HOA and refused to return the option money after we found out we could not rent the property out. Disgusting. $550 down the drain and I’m a small investor trying to make it out here in this shark tank. *update - Can’t find me? Convenient.
