Where to begin? This is NOT ADVANTAGEOUS AS IT IS CLAIMED. My experience was with the cash buy program. A company called "Homeward" is the "buyer" that the MS brokerage brings in to purchase. Any items that need maintenance or repair, including ANY painting and cleaning is charged back to the seller. So they say you don't have to do anything except move out, but that comes with a cost. Example, I had a deep cleaning done for $300, when they wanted to charge me $550. There were several overcharged maintenance fees like this. ... read more
