The two people I met were very nice. I was very interested in the scenerio where they make me an offer, as opposed to having to do showings and such. Working with Andrew Farley has been such a blessing. He’s definitely on point! No matter what time of night or day It never failed he would pick up and answer all questions that I had. Few days got very stressful for me but he was firm on assuring me that everything was going to be okay or it wasn’t no big deal. I’m 100 percent satisfied with his work. Very respectful Person! I can’t Thank him enough!
We had a real estate before Mark Spain and they did nothing to try to sell my mom's home. We contacted Mark Spain and out agent was Andrew Farley. He was very honest with us about thr listing price of the townhome and he made my mom and I very comfortable. We listed with them and about 6 to 7 weeks later the house was sold for the asking price. Andrew was with us every step.of the way. I would text him with questions and he immediately answer me or would call me to explain everything. We cannot thank Andrew enough!
Nicholas (Nick) was fantastic to work with! I tried to tackle selling my Mother’s home on my own; but with an unfortunate time crunch scenario, I was not successful. But when I contacted Nick after failing myself; he was still extremely helpful, professional; and got the job done!
