I scheduled an appointment with this company for Wednesday, August 27th at 11:00 AM. After already confirming, I received a call at 10:25 AM the same day from J@smine C. who canceled last minute because she was “overbooked.” This was extremely inconvenient — instead of notifying me earlier in the morning (or the day before), I was left waiting until less than an hour before the scheduled time.
