Says the house is worth a certain amount to get your business then as soon a contract signed, oops, it’s way less so offers will be significantly less, we know investors offer 30% less (we chose Mark Spain because their realtor who was familiar with the area but apparently not familiar enough run comps and do her homework so we could make an informed decision).
