Mark Smith did a fantastic job with the coordination of a not so easy closing. My In-laws listed their property and left the country pre COVID shutdown and have not been able to return since. This obstacle was overcome by Mark's resilience to get it done. Mark arranged for a translator to ensure clarity through the process of getting Power of Attorney assigned in the USA through the foreign consulate.
