Dr. Shih saved my son's quality of life. My 4 yo had stopped growing or playing for a year. We had been to dozens of doctors who said his issues were genetic and there was nothing that could be done. Dr. Shih spent an entire hour (when does that ever happen with a specialist?!?) asking questions and just watching my son attentively. Then he told me, "I think I know what's going on." Excellent doctor. Takes a lot of time to talk about any and all concerns. He’s very kind and knowledgeable about a large variety of medical issues. He’s great with both children and their parents. I leave there feeling good about my son’s care. He’s also quite funny too.
Dr Shih saved my little girl. No one could figure it out. He asked a lot of questions without making her uncomfortable. He had a wonderful rapport with her. I can't say enough what a Godsend he has been for us! She had so much pain she was only able to sleep a few hours, waking drenched in sweat. If he hadn't figured this out, I can't imagine where we would be. I highly recommend him!!!
