He is a top notch surgeon. He was excellent. He was kind compassionate and prepared meticulously for my surgery. He gives you his complete time for questions. He is thoughtful above and beyond. He bent over backwards in every way to help me medically, scheduling to see him and in every way. I was in great hands and understand why everyone raves about him. Dr.Shahin was the last doctor that my mother was placed under before she passed of Cancer, August 2020. What bothered me was the statements made by the doctor which stated that they could help my mother with treatment if she had the proper insurance. Her Insurance had lapsed during covid and We then fought hard to get her Insurance back after she was admitted in June for enlarged tumors. The doctor then waited 3-5 weeks to finally have a date scheduled to start immunotherapy which had a 40% success rate and what we were look... read more
Dr shahin was kind,patient and knowledgeable..I had a complete hysterectomy with no complications. He explained everything In great detail and answered all my questions... I had 100 % confidence in him going into a very scary surgery. I highly recommend him and am grateful I was referred to him
excellent, compassionate physician. outstanding surgeon. explains everything so well, and uses the best and most up-to-date treatments
This doctor has no respect for a patient's time. I waited for over two hours with a limp "I am sorry" response. I have the luxury of a sympathetic employer. Many women are one doctor's appointment from losing their job. Couple that with waiting to possibly hear a life changing diagnosis. Unconscionable. The least they could do is let the patient know that the doctor is running behind. Patients should be given the option to reschedule.

For three years, Dr. Shahin has been treating me for a recurrence of ovarian cancer. I had received excellent prior care, but Dr. Shahin is truly outstanding. He is exceptionally well-informed and competent in gynecologic oncology treatment and research, and he directs several experimental trials. Beyond his unmistakeable clinical expertise, Dr. Shahin is kind, warm, and welcoming to his patients and their families.
Saw him for a consult. He was completely inappropriate. No one should leave a doctor’s office feeling violated! EVER Will never recommend. Will NEVER go there again.
