Mark is an excellent real estate agent. He has been knowledgeable, organized, helpful & efficient throughout the whole process of finding and buying a house. He’s a very patient person as well as a nice guy. I can’t recommend him enough. Been telling all my friends and family so I guess this is the best forum to share because you need someone like Mark when you’re buying or selling your house. FYI...I don’t write reviews, but felt compelled to do so.
Mark is not only very knowledgeable but professional and reliable. He was very knowledgeable in the house he showed us. He’s makes himself available to you no matter what. He’s very reassuring and doesn’t mine going through the steps needed to achieve your dream home or your rental home. You’re in excellent hands when it comes down to it! If you’re looking to enlist your home he’s the right person for the job. If you’re looking for rentals, he’s also great in that field! Thank you again for all your help!
Mark was extremely helpful with ideas to help me prepare for the sale of my home ranging from staging to the initial asking price. We only needed one day of “open house” as over 20 potential buyers were present. Multiple serious offers were made. Mark was able to assist the eventual buyer with financing, and the final sale was $50,000 + over the “asking “. Could I ask for more?!!!!!
I have known Mr. Schreier for 15 years personally and professionally. He was my mentor and became my friend. His only interest is to help people and listen to there ideas with an open mind. He is the nicest person I know and I trust him 100percent. Knowing him has made me a better human being.
