While Adam was so helpful and diligent in the beginning, his lack of communication over time and now refusal to return my original documents are beyond unacceptable. What could have been settled within 1-2 months has now been dragged out several months. He came highly recommended but really missed the mark on professionalism and timeliness. Consider going to someone else.
