Dr. Scheier is a qualified doctor, straight forward, knowledgeable and indeed I recommend his expertise to anyone in search of a doctor in our around La Palma, Buena Park, Cypress, Cerritos, etc. He helped me manage my daily pain caused by this stupid Chiari Malformation I am stuck with. Oh, yay. Go see Dr. Scheire if he is accepting new patients!
Needed refill. Left message on patient portal for two days requesting and offering to make appointment if necessary. No reply. Pharmacy faxed refill request twice. I call at 9:28. Not open until 9:30. I call at 11:50, out to lunch until noon. I call at 1:30, in clinic. What is that? i call at 3:20, in clinic, finally talked to someone who says only Dr.s read messages. After reading everyone's reviews after being a patient for him for 10 plus years I find it to be hilarious because even though he fits in some of those categories. The doctor's personality is definitely acquired an eclectic. That's what makes him amazing. He knows his business he's very in tuned with being a wonderful doctor if you expect the average Joe,don't come to this doctor.

His nurse is the rudest nastiest thing that ever walked this Earth. When I called just now I told her I can never get ahold of you guys and she got very moody very nasty and said I don't know their hours. I said excuse me I've been going to this doctor for a few years I know his hours. If this doctor keeps this nurse shes going to probably run every patient out of there. I will find out her name and post it at a later date.
Dr. Rebman is courteous and does listen. However, I tried to get my records for a VA pre-retirement appointment and his receptionist was not willing to copy and release my records to me. This is a big problem. She wanted to fax them, fax machines are rare. The effort to fax the records is the same or more as copying the records. I offered to stand there and copy them myself and she refused. So reluctantly I may have file a complaint. My medical records should be released to me without a hassle.
Very pleased on all fronts. Ease of scheduling appointment and getting in quickly, face time with both Dr Rebman and Linda, explanation of my issue and the selected procedure were all very good. Procedure was successful and I feel much better the day after. Shout out to Candy for having to deal with my insurance company and still could laugh and have a positive attitude after it. A very satisfied patient!!! Thanks to Dr Rebman and team.
The Dr. is very moody. Sometimes, he's in a good mood and happy to listen, but usually he won't make eye contact and stares at a computer screen as you explain why you came to see him. Office staff is hard to talk to, especially because there seems to be a significant disconnect in communication between Dr. Scheier and his staff. Wonderful, couldn’t be a better Dr. cares about his patients and answers all questions you have. I haven’t experienced any problems with his staffs would recommend him to anyone!!!!!
