I thought he was an egomaniac who much more interested in self-promotion than patient care. He seemed much more concerned about office renovations than patient care. I've had numerous physical therapists before; they always gave me a length of surgical tubing or band to use at home. Instead, Mark made me mail order bands to use at home that cost $75. When I asked him about it he just shrugged his shoulders. I would never recommend him to anyone.
