I have been going to Dr Russo for 5 years twice a year, had an appointment which was made 6 months in advance. Mistakenly I put the wrong date on my calendar . I called to reschedule the following day and was informed that I would have to pay $100 dollars to reschedule. trying to correct the problem I wrote a letter and made two phone calls with no responce. I later received a letter from Dr Russo office stating I would be discharged after 30 days from 11-12-24 in the same latter it staded I would be dischared 30 days from t... read more

I have been seeing Dr Russo for some time I needed to cancel an appointment due to an emergency I received a letter that I was being charged a 100 dollars for a missed appointment It is impossible to reach someone there They called back and said I cancelled the appointment too late never even asked me why and didn’t care when I said I would not be back

I was shocked at how rude Dr. Russo was to my 80-year old mother and sister and me. She is on the cusp of needing dialysis and is very upset. He was curt, insensitive, and irritated that we asked questions. Frankly, we left with a unanimous opinion that he was a complete jerk. Maybe he's really smart, but with no interpersonal skills he simply is not anyone I want on my mom's care team. I could never trust that she could go to appointments without me for fear of how she would be treated.

Waited an hour in a FULL office, when asked when we would be seen, told it would be at least another hour - No Apologies or Explanation. With a 2 hour delay, a good office would be contacting patients before they left home. Having such a disregard for patients is just ARROGANT! Keep in mind, most of the patients waiting were Seniors.

He is brilliant, compassionate, down to earth, and highly respected by other doctors and medical staff for his expertise and diagnostic accuracy. I’m sorry I moved and can no longer see him.

After reviewing the considerable data from the many tests his office had ordered, he proceeded to work on a whiteboard and carefully and clearly explain my situation and discuss a treatment plan. Dr. Russo is very bright, well-trained and highly competent. I left his office with a good understanding of my kidney issues and a treatment plan going forward. I also left feeling comfortable with the excellent medical care I would be receiving from him.

Never in my 70 years have I seen a circus operated practice. The receptionist had no record for my appt which was made a year ago with blood work done 2 weeks prior. A full waiting room so plan on waiting at least an hour, because he double and triple books. Where did my appt go? People came in, waited hours complaining, and I joined in, except I was the scapegoat because I was not on the books (very inefficient staff). When it came to waiting from 1:40 until closing time, I was quite upset because I had to wait until everyo... read more
