Excellent caring physician! Dr. Penner is very knowledgeable, kind, and truly advocates for his patients. He allowed me the necessary time to address all of my concerns, and was very conscientious and extremely vested in my care. He explained my condition, results, and multiple medical modalities for follow up. I rarely write reviews, but this doctor deserves an outstanding one.
