I highly recommend Dr. Mark Jeffries. He genuinely cares about the health and well-being of his patients. Dr. Jeffries is thorough and explains tests and conditions more clearly than any other doctor I have met. His extensive knowledge allows him to treat his patients effectively without referring them to specialists for conditions that can be managed by a primary care physician. If you're looking for a dedicated and knowledgeable doctor, Dr. Jeffries is the one to see.
I have been going to this Dr for 6 years now. I called to make an apt because of severe pain in my shoulder but was scheduled 3 weeks out to be seen. So I had to go to the ER to get help. When I called again to see if I could be seen sooner so I could get a referral to a orthopedic Dr. I was met with no sympathy what so ever by the staff and was told to try calling the next morning. Dr. Jeffries has been my doctor since he started practicing. I would not go anywhere else. I have followed him to all his different offices he has had.
Dr Jeffery’s is very careless. For a year every month my mother had UTI and he just keep prescribing another antibiotic. She ended up in ICU on life support. Told my aunt only 1 question per visit per her insurance. Finally I ended up in the hospital after he abruptly took me off the high dose of opioids and benzodiazepines he had prescribed me 10 +years. Friend contacted the board of med, because I was being over medicated. He dropped me as a pt without help coming of meds. Lucky to be alive
Dr Jeffries and his office staff were nice enough, but they neglected to have a prescription for Lisinopril sent to my pharmacy for my dangerously high hypertension. I have tried contacting Dr. Jeffries's office several times over the past week and it is impossible to get a response from Dr. Jeffries or his office staff. I have finally given up and setup an appointment with another family practitioner to have my hypertension treated. I don't recommend this guy.
Dr. Jefferies and his staff is AMAZING!! They really care about your issues and I have found no other Dr. That's has cared as much as he and his staff did. We miss you all. We moved out of Ohio in 2016. It has been a Challenge to find a Good Dr. To work with Zack and his seizures and learning Disabilities. Makes you appreciate what you had! Heather Shepherd
My wife and I have been patients of Dr. Jeffries for many years and have always found him easy to talk to and joke with. He is very thorough and is not afraid to send you to a specialist if the condition calls for it. Visiting him is a lot like going to an old time family doctor who takes the time necessary to get to the basis of your medical problem. He is one of the good guys.
I have been a patient of Dr. Jeffries for many years, when he had his office on Indian Ripple Rd. I moved and had to get a new PCP. I learned he had a new office and came back once my other PCP no longer took my insurance. He has referred me to specialists, and has helped me with my personal care tremendously. I thank God for him. He does work fast but that is just his way, he looks outside the box at your overall health. He has also been the PCP for all 4 of my children, 3 of whom are adult now
Staff is really great. He is nice but doesn't really listen and very quick to fix through prescription instead of actual care.
