We switched to Dr. Ichikawa and have been with him for 4 years. He and his whole office is highly professional. He hands you your prescription at the end of the exam without being asked. No pressure to buy glasses (though I found that he sells contacts cheaper than they are online). He charges a lot for an exam, but he never nickles and dimes us for extras. He is not making any money referring people to Lasik, either. He is a doctor, not a salesman. He explains everything on a level that the particular patient can understand... read more
